As project manager for FSU's NSAC team "Arrowhead Advertising," I am tasked with leading fundraising efforts (specifically through social media). Rather than asking for donations, I have created consistent posts that increase engagement and build a brand and community. I chose this strategy so that when fundraising content is released, it resonates more with the audience and is a more effective funding effort.
