As part of the leasing team for The Met Tally, I contribute to content creation, posting schedules, and drafting original or trending content for the property's social media accounts, specifically to reach Instagram and TikTok quotas.
This includes
- IG reels incorporating current viral trends and The Met content
- Feed posts showcasing a variety of features, promos, and partnerships
- Daily IG Stories to maintain audience engagement.

As part of the leasing team I utilize Entrada, an enterprise level cloud based property management software, to maintain a 3-5 day followup period with leads and prospective residents via phone, text, and email communication.

All initial outreach to prospects gather's contact information, pain points, and what prospects are seeking. Lead conversion is higher if prospects show for scheduled tours, therefore, the goal is to have prospects tour in-office (facetime tour if in-person isn't possible) and use the previously collected information to close in-office.

As for many things, learning and training is only possible through doing. However, office meetings review touring and follow-up procedures so techniques are uniform across all leasing agents. Additionally, I have completed leasing and sales training through corporate workshops.
