As part of the leasing team for The Met Tally, I contributed to content creation, posting schedules, and drafting original or trending content for the property's social media accounts, specifically to reach Instagram and TikTok quotas.
This includes
- IG reels incorporating current viral trends and The Met content
- Feed posts showcasing a variety of features, promos, and partnerships
- Daily IG Stories to maintain audience engagement.

SALES
As part of the leasing team I utilized Entrada, an enterprise level cloud based property management software, to maintain a 3-5 day followup period with leads and prospective residents via phone, text, and email communication.

Initial outreach to prospects focused on gathering contact details, identifying needs and interests, and scheduling in person (or Facetime) tours to boost conversion rates. The earlier insights were used to personalize the tour experience and close leases effectively.
Client calls and tours focused on building trust, uncovering objections, and presenting tailored solutions to move leads through the sales funnel. We received regular performance reviews tied to conversion goals and participated in ongoing training to sharpen sales techniques and stay competitive in the market.
